Malaysia: Shares open higher on Wednesday

MALAYSIA share prices opened higher on Wednesday with the FTSE Bursa Malaysia Kuala Lumpur Composite Index up 5.31 points, or 0.34 per cent, to 1,583.70 as at 9.05am.
Volume was 428.78 million lots worth about RM153.69 million. Gainers beat losers 325 to 135.
