MALAYSIA share prices opened higher on Wednesday with the FTSE Bursa Malaysia Kuala Lumpur Composite Index up 2.24 points to 1,601.43 at 9am.
Volume was 30.7 million lots worth RM9.6 million.
Gainers beat losers 121 to 46.
