Malaysia: Shares open higher on Wednesday

MALAYSIA share prices opened higher on Wednesday with the FTSE Bursa Malaysia Kuala Lumpur Composite Index up 7.91 points to 1681.66.
Volume was 116.6 million lots worth RM37.2 million.
Gainers outnumbered losers 202 to 47.
