Malaysia: Shares open lower on Friday

    MALAYSIA share prices opened lower on Friday with the FTSE Bursa Malaysia Kuala Lumpur Composite Index down 2.88 points or 0.19 per cent to 1,536.28 at 9.03am.

    Volume was 42.86 million lots worth RM23.17 million. Gainers beat losers 104 to 75.
