Malaysia: Shares open lower on Friday

MALAYSIA share prices opened lower on Friday with the FTSE Bursa Malaysia Kuala Lumpur Composite Index down 22.67 points or 1.51 per cent to 1,482.92 at 9.03am.
Volume was 165.85 million lots worth RM65.18 million. Losers beat gainers 366 to 42.
