Malaysia: Shares open lower on Friday

MALAYSIA share prices opened lower on Friday with the FTSE Bursa Malaysia Kuala Lumpur Composite Index down 2.43 points to 1692.33.
Volume was 48.9 million lots worth RM13.5 million.
Losers outnumbered gainers 127 to 53.
