Malaysia: Shares open lower on Friday

MALAYSIA share prices opened lower on Friday with the FTSE Bursa Malaysia Kuala Lumpur Composite Index down 2.29 points to 1654.6.
Volume was 25.5 million lots worth RM10.6 million.
Gainers outnumbered losers 69 to 64.
