Malaysia: Shares open lower on Friday

MALAYSIA share prices opened lower on Friday with the FTSE Bursa Malaysia Kuala Lumpur Composite Index down 4.39 points to 1,773.38.
Volume was 94.13 million lots worth RM40.97 million.
Losers outnumbered gainers heavily by 305 to 35.
