Malaysia: Shares open lower on Friday

MALAYSIA share prices opened lower on Friday with the FTSE Bursa Malaysia Kuala Lumpur Composite Index down 0.44 points to 1,753.56.

Volume was 130.09 million lots worth RM19.1 million.

Gainers outnumbered losers 108 to 53.
