Malaysia: Shares open lower on Friday

MALAYSIA share prices opened lower on Friday with the FTSE Bursa Malaysia Kuala Lumpur Composite Index down 18.15 points to 1,858.72 as at 9.01am.

Volume was 106.63 million lots worth RM37.37 million.

Losers outnumbered gainers 378 to 32.
