Malaysia: Shares open lower on Monday

    MALAYSIA share prices opened lower on Monday with the FTSE Bursa Malaysia Kuala Lumpur Composite Index down 0.58 points or 0.04 per cent to 1,543.88 at 9.03am.

    Volume was 76.09 million lots worth RM26.49 million. Gainers beat losers 141 to 50.
