Malaysia: Shares open lower on Monday

MALAYSIA share prices opened down on Monday with the FTSE Bursa Malaysia Kuala Lumpur Composite Index down 18.00 points to 1788.96 in early trade.

Volume was 258.67 million lots worth RM124.66 million.

Losers outnumbered gainers 255 to 116.
