MALAYSIA share prices opened lower on Monday with the FTSE Bursa Malaysia Kuala Lumpur Composite Index down 4.54 points to 1,632.76 at 9am.
Volume was 84.56 million lots worth RM35.73 million.
Losers beat gainers 207 to 71.
