MALAYSIA share prices opened lower on Thursday with the FTSE Bursa Malaysia Kuala Lumpur Composite Index down 4.28 points or 0.27 per cent to 1,607.14 as at 9.30am.
Volume was 1.4 billion lots worth RM527.4 million.
Gainers beat losers 313 to 199.
