Malaysia: Shares open lower on Thursday

MALAYSIA share prices opened lower on Thursday with the FTSE Bursa Malaysia Kuala Lumpur Composite Index down 3.77 points, or 0.24 per cent, to 1,593.81 as at 9.05am.
Volume was 399.23 million lots worth about RM148.55 million. Gainers beat losers 226 to 142.
