Malaysia shares open lower on Thursday

MALAYSIA share prices opened lower on Thursday with the FTSE Bursa Malaysia Kuala Lumpur Composite Index down 4.75 points to 1,683.52 at 9am.
Volume was 24.89 million lots worth RM13.29 million.
Losers beat gainers 77 to 51.
