Malaysia: Shares open lower on Tuesday

Malaysia share prices opened lower on Tuesday with the FTSE Bursa Malaysia Kuala Lumpur Composite Index down 0.22 points to 1,709.54.

Volume was 115.53 million lots worth RM97.68 million. Losers outnumbered gainers 172 to 80.
