Malaysia: Shares open lower on Tuesday

MALAYSIA share prices opened lower on Tuesday with the FTSE Bursa Malaysia Kuala Lumpur Composite Index down 10.23 points to 1,741.41 as at 9.08am.

Volume was 189.02 million lots worth RM66.36 million.

Gainers outnumbered losers 139 to 102.
