Malaysia shares open lower on Tuesday

MALAYSIA share prices opened lower on Tuesday with the FTSE Bursa Malaysia Kuala Lumpur Composite Index down 6.45 points, or 0.39 per cent to 1,656.55 as at 9.01am.
Volume was 38.4 million lots worth RM9.7 million.
Gainers outnumbered losers 60 to 50.
