Malaysia: Shares open lower on Tuesday

MALAYSIA share prices opened lower on Tuesday with the FTSE Bursa Malaysia Kuala Lumpur Composite Index down 5.77 points or 0.36 per cent to 1,608.41 at 9.03am.
Volume was 44.24 million lots worth RM17.76 million. Gainers beat losers 85 to 58.
