Malaysia: Shares open lower on Wednesday

    MALAYSIA share prices opened lower on Wednesday with the FTSE Bursa Malaysia Kuala Lumpur Composite Index down 20.99 points, or 1.52 per cent, to 1,360.74 as at 9.04am.

    Volume was 142.27 million lots worth about RM34.20 million. Losers beat gainers 344 to 30.
