Malaysia: Shares open lower on Wednesday

MALAYSIA share prices opened lower on Wednesday with the FTSE Bursa Malaysia Kuala Lumpur Composite Index down 3.190 points to 1689.650.
Volume was 54.9 million lots worth RM18.2 million.
Gainers outnumbered losers 86 to 83.
