Malaysia: Shares open lower on Wednesday

MALAYSIA share prices opened lower on Wednesday with the FTSE Bursa Malaysia Kuala Lumpur Composite Index down 0.89 points to 1,736.06 as at 9.02am.
Volume was 47.37 million lots worth RM17.53 million.
Gainers outnumbered losers 92 to 57.
