Malaysia shares open lower on Wednesday

MALAYSIA share prices opened lower on Wednesday with the FTSE Bursa Malaysia Kuala Lumpur Composite Index down 1.88 points to 1,685.69 at 9am.

Volume was 28.61 million lots worth RM13.08 million.

Gainers beat losers 61 to 59.
