MALAYSIA share prices opened slightly higher on Thursday with the FTSE Bursa Malaysia Kuala Lumpur Composite Index up 0.970 points to 1709.880.
Volume was 34.1 million lots worth RM11.9 million.
Gainers outnumbered losers 97 to 41.
