Malaysia: Shares open slightly lower on Thursday

MALAYSIA share prices opened lower on Thursday with the FTSE Bursa Malaysia Kuala Lumpur Composite Index down 0.24 points to 1,637.77 at 9.01am.

Volume was 72.46 million lots worth RM26.13 million.

Gainers beat losers 115 to 39.
