Malaysia: Stocks close lower on Tuesday

MALAYSIA share prices closed lower on Tuesday with the FTSE Bursa Malaysia Kuala Lumpur Composite Index down 3.540 points to 1,678.060.

Volume was 1.997 billion lots worth RM2.263 billion.

Losers outnumbered gainers 419 to 409.
