Malaysia: Stocks end 8 points higher

Malaysian shares closed higher on Thursday with the Kuala Lumpur Composite Index gaining 8.29 points to 1,692.220
Some 1.40 billion lots, valued at RM1.75 billion were traded. Losers outnumbered gainers 432 to 308.
