Malaysia: Stocks end the day higher

Malaysian shares closed higher on Friday with the Kuala Lumpur Composite Index up 0.16 points to 1,717.580.
Some 3.40 billion lots, valued at RM3.19 billion were traded. Gainers outnumbered losers 471 to 435.
