Malaysia: Stocks open higher on Thursday

MALAYSIA share prices open higher on Thursday with the FTSE Bursa Malaysia Kuala Lumpur Composite Index up 4.79 points, or 0.26 per cent to 1856.19.
Volume was 63.7 million lots worth RM14.2 million.
Gainers outnumbered losers 84 to 40.
