Malaysia: Stocks open lower on Friday

MALAYSIA share prices opened lower on Friday with the FTSE Bursa Malaysia Kuala Lumpur Composite Index down 2.43 points to 1720.01.
Volume was 26.5 million lots worth RM8.8 million as at 9.00am.
Losers outnumbered gainers 86 to 77.
