Malaysia: Stocks open lower on Wednesday

MALAYSIA share prices opened lower on Wednesday with the FTSE Bursa Malaysia Kuala Lumpur Composite Index down 2.97 points or 0.16 per cent to 1,846.77 as at 9.03am.
Volume was 74.8 million lots worth RM23.6 million.
Gainers outnumbered losers 121 to 57.
