Singapore: Shares close higher on Monday

SINGAPORE share prices closed higher on Monday with the Straits Times Index up 13.32 points to 3,181.05.

Volume was 1.07 billion shares worth S$1.04 billion.

Gainers outnumbered losers 243 to 173.
