Singapore: Shares close lower on Tuesday

SINGAPORE share prices closed lower on Tuesday with the Straits Times Index down 11.25 points to 3,415.91.

Volume was 955.1 million shares worth S$935.8 million.

Losers outnumbered gainers 227 to 175.
