Singapore: Shares end 9.25 points lower

Singapore shares ended the day lower on Tuesday with the benchmark Straits Times Index down 9.25 points to close at 3,243.99.
Volume was 1.37 billion shares worth S$1.07 billion.
Losers outnumbered gainers 251 to 156.
