Singapore: Shares end higher

SINGAPORE shares end higher on Tuesday.
The Straits Times Index gained 1.55 points to 3,332.51.
Some 993 million shares, valued at S$778.2 million were traded. Gainers numbered 171 while losers numbered 221.
