Singapore: Shares end lower

SINGAPORE shares ended lower on Thursday with the Straits Times Index slipping 8.70 points to 3,340.96.
Some 1.23 billion shares, valued at S$1.02 billion were traded. Gainers numbered 174 while losers numbered 238.
