Singapore: Shares open flat on Thursday

SINGAPORE share prices opened flat on Thursday with the Straits Times Index down 2.15 points to 3,347.51.
Volume was 69.3 million shares worth S$96.0 million.
Gainers outnumbered losers 60 to 42.
