Singapore: Shares open flat on Wednesday

SINGAPORE share prices opened flat on Wednesday with the Straits Times Index down 0.16 to 3,281.79.
Volume was 66.4 million shares worth S$84.9 million.
Gainers outnumbered losers 69 to 64.
