Singapore: Shares open higher on Tuesday

SINGAPORE share prices opened higher on Tuesday with the Straits Times Index up 5.96 points to 3,187.01.
Volume was 54.6 million shares worth S$77.4 million.
Gainers outnumbered losers 73 to 46.
