Singapore: Shares open higher on Wednesday

SINGAPORE share prices opened higher on Wednesday with the Straits Times Index up 7.04 points to 3,201.44.

Volume was 30.8 million shares worth S$41.6 million.

Gainers outnumbered losers 65 to 53.
