Singapore: Shares up at the end of trading

Singapore shares finished higher on Monday with the benchmark Straits Times Index up 3.56 points to close at 3,226.11.
Volume was 1.13 billion shares worth S$999 million.
Losers outnumbered gainers 222 to 194.
