SINGAPORE is relatively undervalued compared with other global stock markets, despite present vicious short term gyrations.
Researching global cyclically adjusted price earnings (CAPE) ratios, Norbert Keimling, head of Capital Market Research at Star Capital in Germany, calculates that Singapore is ranked fourth in terms of value out of 40 global stock markets.
