Stocks to watch: ARA, Keppel Infrastructure Trust, Swee Hong
THE following stocks may come into focus on Monday:
ARA Asset Management: Franklin Templeton Institutional, which owns about 10 per cent of ARA, will vote in favour of the S$1.78 billion privatisation, ARA said on Monday.
Keppel Infrastructure Trust (KIT): A UK-based panel of experts has not found the cause of the subsea-cable fault that had led to the December 2015 outage of the Basslink interconnector, said the trustee-manager of KIT on Monday. The investigations support Basslink's view that the cable fault was a force majeure event, Basslink said.
Swee Hong: The company will be placed on Singapore Exchange's watch-list from Monday for failing to meet the exchange's minimum continuing criteria.
