The Ascott Limited: The Ascott Limited on Thursday said it would acquire and refurbish The Domain Hotel, a freehold hotel in Silicon Valley, California, for a sum of S$81.5 million.
The Singapore Exchange: The Singapore Exchange has inked an agreement with Nasdaq Inc that will see the two exchanges working hand in hand to facilitate a concurrent or sequential listing on both exchanges.
ESR Real Estate Investment Trust: The trustee of ESR Real Estate Investment Trust (ESR-Reit) is set to acquire a Tuas South property at an estimated cost of S$111 million from water treatment specialist Hyflux primarily for the purpose of leasing it back to the latter.
Oxley Holdings: Homegrown property developer Oxley Holdings has raised more than S$12 million from the sale of Treasury shares.
CWT Limited: Logistics company CWT will be suspended from trading after Nov 2 due to an insufficient free float, following Chinese conglomerate HNA Holding Group gaining control over more than 90 per cent of the company.
