Beijing Gas Blue Sky: Beijing Gas Blue Sky Holdings said before Friday trading hours that the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading (SGX ST) has confirmed that it has no objection to the company delisting from the mainboard of Singapore's bourse.
Raffles Education: Tycoon Oei Hong Leong has requested to convene an extraordinary general meeting to oust Raffles Education chairman, Chew Hua Seng. Raffles Education closed at S$0.32 on Thursday, up 0.5 Singapore cent.
Lian Beng: Lian Beng Group said it is exploring a possible spin-off of its property development business to be listed on the Catalist Board of the Singapore Exchange. Lian Beng closed at S$0.695 on Thursday, up 1.5 cent.
Tata, Bharti, Singtel: Over 40 million customers will stand to benefit from 4G Mobile when Bharti Airtel Limited completes the merger of its Consumer Mobile Businesses with Tata Teleservices. As of August 2016, SingTel owns a 7.39 per cent stake in BTL.
