Stocks to watch: CapitaLand, iX Biopharma, Japfa, Sarine Tech, Ascott Residence Trust, OUELH, Keppel, SIA

THE following companies saw new developments that may affect trading of their securities on Monday:

C31: The property giant on Monday morning said it has entered into conditional agreements with Ping An Life Insurance Company of China to divest partial stakes in a group of companies that own six of its Raffles City developments in China, for 46.7 billion yuan (S$9.67 billion). Shares of CapitaLand closed at S$3.68 on Friday, down S$0.04 or 1.1 per cent.

42C: The pharmaceutical company on Monday morning said it obtained export listing status for its freeze-dried sublingual medicinal cannabis wafer, Xativa. The group now intends to supply Xativa to Brazil, where it is collaborating with its partners to distribute and market the product to doctors and patients. Shares of iX BioPharma ended Friday unchanged at 23.5 Singapore cents.

UD2 : UD2 0%: The agri-food company on Monday morning said its dairy division has agreed to buy two dairy farms in Shandong, China, through the acquisition of the entire issued capital of Falcon Dairy Holdings. Shares of Japfa closed at 83.5 Singapore cents on Friday, down 0.5 cent or 0.6 per cent.

U77: The Israel-based diamond technology firm on Sunday said its application for a dual listing of its shares on Israel's Tel Aviv Stock Exchange (TASE) has been approved, and trading on TASE will commence on July 5. Shares of Sarine closed on Friday at 74.5 Singapore cents, up 1.4 per cent or one cent.

HMN: The real estate investment trust (Reit) on Friday night said it has issued a notice of intended forfeiture to Park Hotel CQ following outstanding payments relating to a master lease for 1 Unity Street. Units in Ascott Residence Trust closed at S$1.02 on Friday, up S$0.01 or 1 per cent.

5WA: The Catalist-listed company on Friday night said it has entered into certain interested person transactions during the current financial year with the manager of First Reit and with OUE Treasury. The counter closed at 3.8 Singapore cents on Friday, down 2.6 per cent or 0.1 cent.

BN4: Keppel Telecommunications & Transportation (Keppel T&T), through its wholly-owned subsidiary Apsilon Ventures, has divested its 20.05 per cent equity interest in Thailand-based ARIP Public Company Limited to Min Intanate for 60.7 million baht (S$2.6 million). Shares in Keppel closed at S$5.40 on Friday, up 5.7 per cent or S$0.29.

C6L: The flag carrier on Friday launched a voluntary programme which will enable customers across the group's passenger and cargo airlines to offset their carbon emissions, by buying carbon offsets from dedicated microsites before or after a flight. Shares of Singapore Airlines closed at S$4.99 on Friday, up S$0.03 or 0.6 per cent, after the announcement.
