THE following companies saw new developments that may affect trading of their securities on Thursday (Jul 7):
Cromwell European Real Estate Investment Trust (Cromwell E-Reit): The manager on Thursday announced the divestment of the Reit’s largest office asset in Finland for 16.2 million euros (S$23.3 million). Simultaneously, the Reit has acquired its third logistics asset in the UK for £18.9 million (S$31.8 million). Cromwell E-Reit closed 0.02 euro or 1 per cent higher at 1.96 euros on Wednesday.
Yangzijiang Shipbuilding : The group has clinched orders for 4 units of 8,000 TEU liquefied natural gas dual-fuel containerships from repeat customer Pacific International Lines. This brings the total number of new orders secured this year to 16 vessels worth US$990 million. The counter closed up 0.5 per cent or S$0.005 at S$0.93 on Wednesday, before the announcement.
