    THE following companies saw new developments that may affect trading of their securities on Thursday (Jun 23):

    Hwa Hong Corporation : Sanjuro United has extended the deadline on its voluntary cash offer for the property player to Jul 6, 5.30 pm, according to a bourse filing on Thursday. Shares of Hwa Hong closed flat at S$0.40 on Wednesday.

    Aspen (Group) Holdings : The group said in on Wednesday evening that its glove-making subsidiary Aspen Glove on Tuesday obtained an ex parte interim injunction restraining Multi Purpose Metal Tech – the company that issued a letter of demand to Aspen Glove claiming about RM29.3 million (S$9.2 million) – from filing or presenting a winding-up petition against Aspen Glove until the inter partes hearing is held. Shares of Aspen closed flat on Wednesday at S$0.051, before the update.
