iFast Corporation : AIY 0%: The fintech platform on Saturday posted a near 35 per cent year-on-year drop in net profit to S$5.74 million for the first 3 months ended Mar 31, 2022, as global stock market conditions turned sour. Its board declared an interim dividend of 1 Singapore cent per share, similar to Q1 2021. The counter closed on Friday at S$5.66, up 11 cents or 1.98 per cent.
Parkway Life Reit : C2PU 0%: The healthcare real estate investment trust (Reit) on Friday reported a 1.9 per cent increase in net property income (NPI) to S$28.6 million in its first quarter ended Mar 31, 2022. Its manager noted that its balance sheet and capital structure remained strong, with no long-term debt refinancing needs until June 2023. Units of the Reit closed down 1.6 per cent or S$0.08 at S$4.85 on Friday, before the update was released.
